Processing
Orders are prepared and dispatched from Hong Kong within 1-3 business days. Every piece is inspected and packed by hand. Made-to-order and hand-knotted cord pieces take 5-7 business days.

Rates are set in Hong Kong dollars and shown in your local currency at checkout; US dollar figures are indicative.
Asia-Pacific covers Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR, Taiwan, mainland China, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines, Japan, South Korea, India, Australia and New Zealand.
Every order ships fully tracked and insured for its declared value, and a signature is required on delivery. We do not ship to freight-forwarding addresses or PO boxes.
Duties and taxes
The price at checkout does not include import duty, VAT/GST or customs handling. These charges are set by the destination country and are payable by the recipient.
- Asia-Pacific. Hong Kong, Macao and Singapore generally levy no duty on jewellery below local thresholds. Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Australia and Southeast Asian destinations may assess import tax on arrival.
- United States. Following the withdrawal of the de minimis exemption in 2025, US shipments may incur duty regardless of order value. Our carrier will contact you directly if payment is required before delivery.
- Rest of world. Duty and VAT are assessed on arrival and billed to you by the carrier.
Hetian nephrite is not a restricted or CITES-listed material and moves freely across borders. We declare every shipment accurately and at full value. We cannot mark an order as a gift, understate its value, or omit the commercial invoice.
If a parcel is refused at customs, left unclaimed, or returned because of an incorrect address, the order is treated as a return: we refund the value of the goods once the parcel reaches us, less outbound shipping and any duty or return charge billed to us.
Packaging and gifting
Every order arrives ready to give. Each piece rests in a soft velvet pouch inside a MOONYU gift box, wrapped and sealed. No prices, invoices or promotional inserts are placed in the box - your receipt is emailed to you. Leave a note at checkout and we will write it by hand on a card and place it inside.

所有訂單全程物流追蹤，並按申報價值投保，配送需本人簽收。恕不寄送至集運地址或郵政信箱。
關稅與稅金
結帳金額不含進口關稅、增值稅／消費稅及清關手續費。上述費用由目的地國家規定，並由收件人負擔。
- 亞太地區。香港、澳門、新加坡對飾品在當地免稅額度以下通常不課徵關稅；台灣、日本、韓國、澳洲及東南亞地區可能於到貨時課稅。
- 美國。自 2025 年小額免稅（de minimis）取消後，美國訂單不論金額皆可能產生關稅。如需先行繳付，物流商將直接與您聯繫。
- 其他地區。關稅與增值稅於到貨時核定，由物流商向您收取。
和田玉屬軟玉，並非管制或《華盛頓公約》列管材質，可正常通關。我們每一筆出貨均據實申報全額；恕無法以「禮物」名義申報、低報價值或省略商業發票。
若包裹於海關遭拒收、逾期未領，或因地址錯誤而退回，將以退貨處理：包裹回到我們手中後退還商品金額，並扣除去程運費，以及我們被收取的關稅或退運費用。
包裝與送禮
每一筆訂單都以可直接送禮的狀態寄出：商品收於絨布袋中，置入 MOONYU 禮盒，外層包裝封緘。盒內不放入任何價格、發票或宣傳品，收據以電子郵件寄送。結帳時留言，我們會手寫於卡片上一併放入盒中。
