Will My Piece Look Exactly Like the Photo?
Natural jade varies in colour, clouding and small inclusions. Unless a listing states that the exact photographed piece will be supplied, product images represent the design and general colour range. We aim to show colour accurately, but screens and lighting conditions may display it differently.
Is the Jade Dyed or Treated?
No. MOONYU works with natural nephrite jade that is undyed, unbleached, unfilled and not heat-treated. Read more on our Quality page.
How Do I Choose a Bangle or Ring Size?
For bangles, bring your thumb toward your little finger and measure around the widest part of your hand, then compare that measurement with the sizing information on the product page. For rings, use a ring sizer or measure a well-fitting ring. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure.
Can I Return an Item?
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the piece is unworn and in its original packaging, with the gift box and pouch included. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or was not as described. Engraved, made-to-order, resized and hand-knotted pieces, earrings, sale items and gift cards are final sale. Natural variation in colour and veining is not grounds for return. Please contact us before sending anything back.
Do You Gift Wrap?
Every order is presented in a gift box with a card explaining the cultural meaning of the design. If the order is a gift, add a note at checkout and we will leave the invoice out.
