Will my piece look exactly like the photo?
Natural stones vary in colour, markings and translucency. Unless the listing says you will receive the exact photographed piece, images show the design and general colour range. Lighting and screens can also affect how colours appear.
What materials do you use?
Jade is at the heart of MOONYU. Selected designs also include pearls, agate, quartz and other crystals. Each product page lists its materials. Our nephrite jade is natural and untreated; ask us about the composition of a specific piece if you need more detail.
How do I choose the right size?
Check the measurements on the product page before ordering. A rigid bangle must pass over your hand, so wrist circumference alone is not enough to determine its fit. For a ring, compare the listed inner diameter with a well-fitting ring or use a ring sizer. Contact us if a measurement is missing or approximate.
Is the price for one piece or a set?
Check the listing for the selling unit. Earrings marked as a pair include two earrings. Where several bracelets or colour options appear together, choose one variation unless the listing explicitly states that a set is included.
Can I Return an Item?
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the piece is unworn and in its original packaging, with the gift box and pouch included. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or was not as described. Engraved, made-to-order, resized and hand-knotted pieces, earrings, sale items and gift cards are final sale. Natural variation in colour and veining is not grounds for return. Please contact us before sending anything back.
Is gift packaging included?
Orders arrive in a gift box with a card explaining the cultural meaning of the design. For a gift, add a note at checkout and we will leave the invoice out.
