Will the piece look exactly like the photo?
Close, but not identical. Jade is a natural stone, so colour and pattern vary slightly from piece to piece. We shoot in natural light without colour correction so what you see is honest, but screens differ. For high-value pieces we photograph the exact item you will receive.
How do I measure my bangle or ring size?
For bangles, press your thumb toward your little finger and measure the widest part of your hand, then add about 5mm. For rings, wrap a strip of paper around your finger, mark where it overlaps and measure the length. Message us on WhatsApp if you would like us to check before you order.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 7 days from delivery to return an unworn piece in its original packaging for a refund. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or was not as described. Engraved and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned.
Is the jade dyed or treated?
No. Everything is natural nephrite, undyed and untreated. See our Certificates page for details.
Do you gift wrap?
Every order ships in a gift box with a card explaining the meaning of the piece. Tell us at checkout if it is a gift and we will leave the invoice out.

圓口怎麼量？手鐲請將拇指向小指湊近，量手掌最寬處再加約 5mm；戒指可用紙條繞手指一圈、標記重疊處後量長度。不確定可先來 WhatsApp 問我們。
可以退貨嗎？簽收後 7 天內，未佩戴且包裝完整可退。退貨運費由買家承擔，商品損壞或與描述不符則由我們負擔。刻字與定製商品恕不接受退換。
會送禮盒嗎？每筆訂單均附禮盒與寓意卡片。若為送禮，結帳時告訴我們，我們不會放入發票。
